Program Overview

Learn how our age-based levels, curriculum, and expectations support Upper St. Clair families.

A neatly arranged youth wrestling practice space inside a modern school gymnasium, with two full-sized wrestling mats in deep navy and bright gold, clearly marked with center circles and boundary lines. Around the mats sit neatly stacked headgear, rolled singlets in black, white, and red, and a scoreboard resting idle at the edge. Overhead fluorescent lights cast even, neutral illumination, creating soft reflections on the vinyl mat surface. The Upper St. Clair name and a stylized panther logo are painted prominently on the far wall. Photographic realism at eye level, with a wide-angle composition capturing the full environment, sharp focus throughout, balanced and professional in mood, ideal for a homepage hero image for a youth wrestling program.
A close-up, photographic realism shot of a youth-sized wrestling mat section in rich navy blue with a crisp white circle line, the textured vinyl surface slightly worn from use. In the foreground rests a pair of small, black and red wrestling shoes and youth headgear with padded ear guards, arranged neatly as if ready for practice. The background falls into a soft bokeh of a larger gym space: blurred bleachers, wall padding in school colors, and a digital scoreboard. Overhead gym lighting creates gentle highlights and subtle shadows, giving a professional yet welcoming atmosphere. Eye-level composition with shallow depth of field emphasizes the equipment, symbolizing preparation and commitment in a youth wrestling program.

Our Wrestling Philosophy

We welcome boys and girls from pre-K to sixth grade, focusing on fundamentals, sportsmanship, and confidence. Wrestlers progress through age and experience groups, learning at their own pace in a positive, safety-first environment.

Pricing

A professionally organized equipment station along the wall of a school gym, featuring open metal cubbies neatly filled with youth wrestling gear: color-coordinated headgear, folded singlets in black, white, and cardinal red, rolled knee pads, and water bottles aligned in a row. Above the station, laminated schedules and training plans are clipped to a corkboard labeled “Upper St. Clair Youth Wrestling.” The polished hardwood floor reflects soft, diffused overhead lighting, giving the scene a clean, disciplined feel. Shot in photographic realism from a slightly elevated angle, with rule-of-thirds composition and crisp detail throughout, the image conveys structure, safety, and readiness for athletes from pre-K through 6th grade.
